Before you invest in a computer system, you want to make sure that it is a perfect fit for you and your business. DSI wants you to be sure too. That is why we will provide a hands-on demonstration of TIMS. This gives you the opportunity to use the system to enter purchase orders, receive the merchandise, and then create the sales. You will also be able to run the management reports and see how TIMS helps you analyze your business.

We're sure that you have heard the phrase, "Garbage In, Garbage Out." That's what happens when a computer system is dropped at your door step and you are expected to enter your data without help or any preliminary organization. That's not good for you or your business.
That's why we will be in contact with your people virtually the day after you order TIMS. We will send forms to help you prepare your data for quick and easy entry into the computer. We also will load the Departments, Categories, Brands, and other information customized to your individual needs before we ship your system. This frees up much of your time to work with our trainer entering your current inventory into your new system.
TIMS was designed by our founder while he ran a successful appliance and electronics retail store to help organize and manage his own business. This experience, along with almost 25 years of installation, training, and supporting TIMS, has taught us how to get your computer system up and running as quickly and as smoothly as possible. HANDS-ON TRAINING

Many companies that sell computer systems will have your people go to them for training at your cost. But, can you really expect your employees to absorb an entire computer system in one week, using fictional data, and then come back and attempt to teach the rest of your staff what they just learned? Can you afford to have them gone for a week? We think not. That's why our experienced trainers provide three or four weeks of remote hands-on training through your internet connection. You also have the option of having our trainer come on-site to train your staff. Either way, we help you get operational quickly and smoothly.. Our trainer will::

orders by assisting them in entering your company purchase orders.

If they have questions after they are taught how to do things, our trainer will be available to answer questions and help walk them through the steps one-on-one.
