Join the Dynamic Software customers who are reducing labor hours and saving hundreds of dollars simply by importing a manufacturer's Pricing Spreadsheet (models and pricing) into their TIMS system. Auto Price Update (APU) automatically updates the TIMS system with the manufacturer's new models. As these new models are imported into the TIMS system, the APU program automatically attaches the following information:

- Department code (Appliance, Video, Audio, Furniture, etc.)
- User-specified category code (washer, dryer, plasma TV, LCD TV, etc.),
- Dealer cost
- Manufacturer's warranty
- Minimum and maximum quantities
- M.A.P price
- Color code
- Any applicable extended service contracts
- The appropriate Pricing Table
- Any messages you want attached to the model (i.e.: This model is a “Special Order Item”, etc.). - Pre-existing models have their cost compared to the manufacturer's Price Sheet. If the
price has changed, the system captures the new dealer cost and recalculates the selling price if desired.

After the import process, various reports can be printed from TIMS.

New Models Report
Lists all models imported that were not in your TIMS system.

Discontinued Models Report
Lists all models in TIMS that are not on the imported price sheet.

Models with a Price Increase Report
Lists the old price of each model, the new price and the difference. As models are imported, the user has the option to reset the Pricing Table to reflect a higher price.

Models with a Price Decrease Report
Lists the new lower price of each model, the old price, and the difference. As models are imported, the user has the option to reset the Pricing Table to reflect a lower price.
