Electronic Claims Processing - ECP
The Electronic Claims Processing module (ECP) has been designed to make online claims processing fast, easy, and efficient. Using ECP reduces redundant data entry of claims information because it draws much of the required data directly from the TIMS database. The ECP module creates a txt file for exporting claims to one of the online claims processors: Key Prestige, E-Pal, LG, or Service-Bench. With ECP, you can file one claim at a time or, using the Batch feature, file multiple claims at one time. After entry, claims can be printed for review and filed with the original Service Order.
Service Manager
This module enables you to manage service more efficiently. It is fully integrated with the sales portion of the system, so customer and product information is immediately available. You also have manufacturer's warranty and extended service contract information right where you need it. Management has access to reports of each technician's productivity.
Wireless Bar Code
Move your business ahead by including this feature. You will be able to streamline operations, increase productivity and efficiency, maintain up-to-date inventory, have accurate deliveries and transfers. Customers also appreciate the time-savings and accuracy. Read more.
Auto Price Update - APU
Many Dynamic Software customers are reducing labor hours and saving hundreds of dollars by simply importing a manufacturer's Price Sheet into their TIMS system. A variety of helpful reports can be printed after the import process. Read more.
Third Party Credit Administration
This module allows tracking of customer charges and payments made to finance company credit cards. Reporting to the finance company is easy because the system batches the charges and payments. The system monitors deposits and withdrawals made by the finance company to your bank account and is fully integrated with the Bank Books portion of the system.
TotaLink Integrated Credit Card Processing
You will start seeing the benefits of the module immediately. Not only will your cashiers and operators be more efficient, but your accounting staff will thoroughly enjoy the ease with which they can reconcile each day's credit card activity. Authorization will no longer be a two step process. In fact, authorization is automatic when the transaction is entered in TIMS.
